The location is second-to-none for public transport: less than 5 minutes from Haymarket Train Station and from the West End Tram stop, and a number of well serviced bus routes round the corner.

 

Please note, however, that the offices in question are only accessible via stairs. There is no lift.

 

The Lease is a Managed Lease, and includes utilities, cleaning, and access to shared facilities (including a shared kitchen and a lovely back garden). No Vat charged.
